Degree educated, I have years of experience as a Personal Assistant and pride myself on having excellent organisational and customer service skills. I have over 10 years experience in a variety of work environments in various skill based roles. These include managerial, project management, office, marketing, retail, administration, event organising, and customer service (face to face and telephone).


Cost effective – no agency fees to pay or employee costs such as NI and PAYE. Have me on an ad hoc basis – when I am required.


The charges; At your premises a flat fee of £12 per hour is charged. Working from my premises a flat fee of £18 per hour is charged. If you require a virtual personal telephone answering service only, the charge is £6.00 per hour. No hidden costs and no extras, plus no VAT to pay.

Are you a driving instructor who struggles to manage their diary whilst teaching?

I can take your calls for you and schedule your diary as a Virtual Assistant.


Are you a builder/plumber/electrician who should be working rather than fielding enquiries?

I can take your calls for you, answer queries using the information you give me and take messages for you to call back anyone I can’t deal with. I can also organise all your paperwork – post, invoices, receipts etc.


Are you a small business/sole trader who wants to expand but doesn’t have time due to all the administrative work that needs doing? I can help, by coming to your office/home for a few hours a week, I can deal with this for you, letting you grow your business.


Are you a car sales garage/lettings agent/retailer?

I can take pictures of any new stock arriving and upload with relevant information onto your website.


Are you a small customer facing business but need to be out of the office for a few hours/days a week? I can help. I have years of experience in customer facing roles, giving you confidence that any new/existing customers will be in safe, professional hands while you are out.


Are you a business out meeting potential clients, leaving no time to prepare quotations?

I can help. Give me the information and I can assemble a professional, detailed quotation.


Are you a public house/bistro/restaurant/café/takeaway who have written a new menu but need it checking for spelling/grammatical errors? I can help. I will spell check and adjust any inconsistencies – I have seen countless mistake filled menus and I am itching to put them right!

I can help. As a third party and a fresh pair of eyes I will proofread your work to ensure your launch will be professional and faultless.
